1. ご予約について

Q. チェックインとチェックアウトの時間は？

チェックイン　15:00 〜 21:00
チェックアウト　〜 10:00

上記時間以外でお越しの際は、事前にお問い合わせください。

Q. 営業は週末のみ？平日も予約できますか？

基本的に、営業日は金・土・日・祝ですが、
その他のお日にちにつきましてはお気軽にご相談ください！

Q. 電話でも予約できますか？

誤りを防ぐため、予約フォームからのご予約をお願いしております。

Q. 予約なしでも宿泊できますか?

予約なしでの宿泊はお受けしておりません。2日前までにご予約いただきたくお願いします。

Q. ペットと一緒に泊まれますか？

館内ではケージに入れて移動、洋室の縁側部分にてケージに入れた状態でお過ごしいただける場合のみお泊まりいただけます。ケージはご持参ください。別途1,000円/1ケージ頂戴いたします。ご予約時に備考欄にご記入ください。

Q. 1泊朝食付のプランはありますか？

あまりご要望がなかったため現状設定してはおりませんが、ご相談ください。

Q. どのような支払い方法がありますか？

現在は現金でのお支払いをお願いしています。クレジットカードや電子マネー等キャッシュレス決済には非対応ですので、ご了承のほどお願いします。

Q. 門限はありますか？

セキュリティの関係上、23時までとさせていただいております。

2. 館内及び部屋の設備について

Q. バリアフリーですか？

残念ながら、館内はバリアフリーとは言えない造りでございます。お手伝いできることはできるかぎりお手伝いさせていただきますので、ご相談ください。

Q. お風呂は何時まで入れますか？

時間に決まりはございません。ご自由にご利用ください。

Q. お風呂は薪風呂ですか？

お風呂はガス給湯式です。今後追加で露天薪風呂を制作予定ですので楽しみにお待ちください。

Q. サウナ利用にあたり必要な持ち物はありますか？

サウナは着衣でのご利用が必須となっております。水着やTシャツなどをご持参ください。ポンチョは300円にてお貸し出ししております。

Q. 水風呂は設置されてますか？

水風呂は2024年内に制作予定です。それまでは、浴槽に水を溜めていただいたり、水シャワー等をご利用ください。水は地下約100mから汲み上げており、年間を通じて17度ほどの心地のいいお水です。

Q. サウナは幼児の利用は可能ですか？

幼児〜小学生のお子様は、火傷等に十分にお気をつけいただき保護者の方と一緒にお楽しみください。

Q. サウナは何歳から料金が必要ですか？

中学生以上から料金を頂戴しています。

Q. 焚き火を楽しみたいのですが可能でしょうか？

お楽しみいただけます。焚き火台やトングなどご自由にお使いください。

Q. 喫煙所はありますか？

館内は禁煙ですが、屋外に灰皿を設置しております。

3. お食事について

Q. 食事の時間は何時からですか？

特に決まりはございません。チェックイン時にお伺いしてご準備させていただきます。

Q. 飲み物の持ち込みをしていいでしょうか？

ご自由にお持ち込みください。氷については多少は準備がございますが必要であればご持参ください。

Q. 苦手な食材やアレルギーへの対応はされていますか？

事前にご相談ください。可能な限り代替の食材と調味料で対応いたしますが、対応が難しい場合もございますので予めご了承ください。アレルゲンを含む他の食材と同じ調理器具を使う場合がございますのでご注意ください。

Q. 子供用のメニューはありますか？

お子様プレートなどの提供は行なっておりません。大人の方と同じものをという形になりますが、塩味や辛味を抑えるなどの対応はできますのでご相談ください。

Q. 連泊時の夕食はどうなりますか？

お料理内容はできるかぎり違うものをご用意しております。

4. アクセスや送迎について

Q. 駅やバス停などから送迎をお願いできますか？

家族で営んでいる小さな民宿ですので、距離や人数によっては可能な場合もありますが、基本的に送迎のサービスはお断りさせていただいております。ご相談ください。

Q. ナビで正しい場所が表示されない

カーナビによっては宿近くの「保食神社」のあたりに到着される場合があります。 その場合、近隣まではカーナビを使い、近くに来ましたらスマートフォンのGoogle Map等をご活用くださいませ。

5. その他

Q. 施設見学のみは可能ですか？

宿の見学をご希望の方は、ご見学用のプラン（有料）をご用意しておりますので、こちらのフォームよりお問い合わせくださいませ。

1. Reservations

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 16:00 – 19:00
Check-out: By 10:00

If you plan to arrive outside these times, please contact us in advance.

Q. Is the accommodation only open on weekends? Can I make reservations on weekdays?

Generally, we operate on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. However, feel free to inquire about other dates!

Q. Can I make a reservation over the phone?

To avoid errors, we kindly request reservations through the online reservation form.

Q. Can I stay without a reservation?

We do not accept walk-in reservations. Please make a reservation at least two days in advance.

Q. Can I stay with my pet?

You can stay with your pet if it remains in a cage and is confined to the veranda of the Western-style room. Please bring your own cage. An additional fee of 1,000 yen per cage will be charged. Please indicate in the remarks section when making a reservation.

Q. Do you offer a plan with breakfast included for one night?

We currently do not have such a plan as it has not been frequently requested, but feel free to inquire.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash only. Please note that we do not support credit cards or electronic money transactions, so we appreciate your understanding.

Q. Is there a curfew?

Due to security reasons, we have set the curfew until 23:00.

2. Facilities and Rooms

Q. Is the accommodation wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, the facility is not wheelchair accessible. However, we will do our best to assist you in any way possible, so please feel free to consult with us.

Q. Until what time can I use the bath?

There is no set time. Please feel free to use it at your convenience.

Q. Is the bath a wood-fired bath?

The bath uses gas heating. We plan to add an open-air wood-fired bath in the future, so please look forward to it.

Q. What items do I need for sauna use?

Sauna use requires wearing clothing. Please bring swimwear or a T-shirt. Ponchos are available for rent at 300 yen.

Q. Is a cold water bath available?

We plan to install a cold water bath by the end of 2024. Until then, you can use the bathtub to fill with water or use a water shower. The water is drawn from approximately 100 meters underground and is a pleasant temperature of around 17 degrees Celsius throughout the year.

Q. Can toddlers use the sauna?

Toddlers to elementary school children should be accompanied by a guardian and should be cautious of burns, etc.

Q. From what age is there a fee for using the sauna?

We charge a fee for middle school students and above.

Q. I want to enjoy a bonfire. Is it possible?

Certainly! Feel free to use the bonfire pit and tongs.

Q. Is there a smoking area?

Smoking is prohibited indoors, but ashtrays are provided outdoors.

3. Meals

Q. What time is breakfast and dinner served?

There is no specific time. We will inquire about your preference during check-in and prepare accordingly.

Q. Can I bring my own drinks?

Feel free to bring your own drinks. While we have some ice prepared, please bring your own if needed.

Q. Do you accommodate dislikes or allergies to certain ingredients?

Please consult with us in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate using alternative ingredients and seasonings; however, please be aware that there may be situations where we cannot provide an alternative. Also, please note that in some cases, the same cooking utensils may be used for ingredients containing allergens, so please exercise caution.

Q. Do you have a children’s menu?

We do not offer specific children’s plates. Children will be served the same items as adults, but we can adjust flavors such as reducing salt or spiciness upon request.

Q. What about dinner for consecutive nights?

We strive to provide different dishes for consecutive nights whenever possible.

4. Access and Shuttle Service

Q. Can I request transportation from the train station or bus stop?

As a small family-run inn, we may be able to provide transportation depending on the distance and number of people. However, in general, we do not offer shuttle services. Please inquire for further details.

Q. The correct location is not displayed on my navigation system.

Depending on the car navigation system, you may arrive near “Hoshoku Shrine,” close to our inn. In such cases, use the car navigation system to get close, and when you are in the vicinity, please utilize the Google Map app on your smartphone for accurate directions to “Sonohigurashi.”
