Precautions for Use
その火暮らしは、家族で運営しており、築100年以上の古民家をDIYでリノベーションした民宿施設です。家屋内には私たち家族が暮らすエリアがあり、トイレなど施設の一部は私たち家族と共用となります。ご利用頂く際は、以下について予めご了承ください。
“Sonohigurashi” is a family-operated guesthouse that renovated a traditional Japanese house, which is over 100 years old, through DIY efforts. There is a section within the house where our family resides, and certain facilities like toilets are shared with our family. Please be aware of the following when using our facilities.
・その火暮らしは暮らし体験型の宿です。サービスやプライベートを重視される方は宿泊をご遠慮ください。
・周辺は静かな集落です。近隣の方々にご迷惑のかかる行為はお控えください。
・その火暮らしの共用スペースにはエアコンがありません（扇風機はご用意しております）。
・家屋の隙間から虫等が入ってくるかもしれません（蚊取り線香などはご用意しております）。
・暖かく過ごせるよう努力はしておりますが伊佐の冬は冷え込むため暖かい服装でお越しください。
・家族で運営しているため、空室でも予約をお受けできない場合や不慮の事態によるキャンセルをお願いする場合があります。（家族内インフルエンザなど)
・2024年現在、幼い子供がおり夜泣き等の声が響いてしまう可能性があります。
・”Sonohigurashi” is an experiential accommodation focused on lifestyle. If you prioritize services and privacy, we kindly ask you to refrain from staying with us.
・The surrounding area is a quiet community. Please avoid any activities that may inconvenience the neighboring residents.
・There is no air conditioning in the shared spaces (fans are available).
・Insects may enter through gaps in the house (mosquito coils are provided).
・While we make efforts to keep the place warm, Isa’s winter can be chilly, so please dress warmly.
・As a family-operated establishment, there may be instances where we cannot accept reservations even if there are vacancies, or cancellations may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (such as family influenza).
・As of 2024, we have young children, and there is a possibility of hearing noises like night crying.
キャンセルポリシー
Cancellation policy
キャンセル料は以下の通り頂戴いたします。
ただし、天災や台風などの気象等による不泊はキャンセル料はいただきませんので、分かり次第ご連絡をお願いします。
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows. However, cancellation fees will not apply in the case of non-arrival due to natural disasters, typhoons, or similar weather-related incidents, so please contact us as soon as possible.
当日(ノーショー)：宿泊料金の100%
前日：宿泊料金の50%
3日前から：宿泊料金の30%
※21:00 以降のご連絡は翌日扱いとなります。
On the day of check-in (No-show): 100% of the accommodation fee
One day prior: 50% of the accommodation fee
From three days prior: 30% of the accommodation fee
* Contact after 21:00 will be handled the next day.
